The Access business is concentrated in the property and casualty insurance market. Although our primary focus currently is commercial P&C sales and distribution businesses, we have plans to expand outside of this niche.

To date, most of our attention has been on specialty commercial P&C. We have tended to focus on acquiring and growing wholesalers and MGAs in this arena. Recently, we have started to analyze expansion opportunities with program administrators, underwriters, carriers, captives, alternative risk, risk management and service organizations, and claims.

Any expansion beyond a sales and distribution business will only be done to enhance our current sales and distribution base. Regardless of expansion, we will maintain a P&C focus. Also, and most importantly, we will NOT acquire retail agencies nor take any actions that compete with our distribution base. It is core to our strategy and values to remain independent and operate with a model that values our loyal distribution base of agents.
